上海北极熊文具胶带有限公司创立于1978年，其前身为台湾拥立胶粘股份有限公司。本公司自行研发生产台湾第一卷双面泡棉胶带及花艺胶带，历经20多年的不断设备更新，技术进步，产能扩充以及研发创新，目前已经发展成为生产文具，包装，工业，保护，电气，双面以及其他特殊胶带等百余类品种的专业生产厂家,并在泰，台，港等地设有生产实体。
我公司不仅在工业界及文具批发零售业建立了优良的信誉及口碑，产品更行销五大洲。双面胶带及绝缘胶带分别于1990年和1991年荣获美国“UL”产品品质认证。固体胶获得美国ACMI’sA.P认证；其他产品亦获得ISO9002国际标准认证。
